Step 1: Project initiations:
Client consultation: Initial meetings to understand the client’s vision, needs, budget, and timeline.
Feasibility Study: Assessment of the project’s viability, including site analysis, zoning requirements, and financial considerations.
Steps 1 to 4 take place during the Pre-Construction phase.
Step 2: Conceptual Design:
Design Proposal: Development of initial design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and preliminary sketches.
Client Review: Presentation of design concepts to the client for feedback and approval.
Budget Estimation: Preliminary cost estimation based on the conceptual design.
Step 3: Design Development and permitting:
Detailed Design: Refinement of the design, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans.
Material Selection: Selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures.
Regulatory Approvals: Submission of plans for permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Step 4: Project Budget & Scheduling:
Final Budgeting: Detailed cost estimation and budgeting based on the completed design.
Scheduling: Development of a detailed project schedule outlining key milestones and deadlines.

Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing the site, including demolition if necessary.
