June 30,2025This interior renovation project in Richmond involved upgrading approximately 1,400 square feet of combined warehouse and office space to support the operations of Arch Wood Shop, a custom millwork and fabrication business.
The scope of work included:
- Floor upgrades to improve durability and function in office areas.
- Drywall patching and repair across multiple surfaces to prepare for a clean, uniform finish.
- Priming and finishing coats throughout the space, selected to offer a professional and clean appearance.
- Electrical lighting upgrades including fixture replacement and layout adjustments to improve visibility and working conditions.
Our goal was to create a space that aligns with the practical needs of a working shop while also presenting a polished front for office activities and customer interactions.
This renovation helped prepare the facility for efficient operation, making it easier for the team at Arch Wood Shop to focus on production, coordination, and growth.
